Western Cottage is a sensitively designed oak-framed garden room extension to a Grade II listed 17th-century cottage, located within a Conservation Area and the South West’s protected AONB landscape. This carefully positioned, light-filled addition enhances both the functionality and character of the original heritage home.

Crafted from sustainably sourced oak and designed to optimise daylight and solar gain, the extension merges contemporary comfort with timeless materials. Large glazed panels frame garden views and flood the interior with natural light, creating a calm, flexible living space that strengthens the connection between indoors and out.
