Blackmeads transforms a 1980s bungalow on the Devon coastline. Through a sculptural double-gabled extension and complete internal reconfiguration, the design elevates the home’s spatial quality, environmental performance, and visual connection to the surrounding countryside—delivering both lifestyle benefits and long-term property value.

Tailored for modern family living, the project introduces dramatic roof forms, double-height interiors, and flexible open-plan spaces that prioritise light, flow, and wellbeing.
