This transformation of a former workshop and office building in Teddington, West London, delivered seven high-quality new homes within a restored Victorian structure. We designed a scheme that balances heritage conservation, urban densification, and contemporary living on a tight urban site adding lasting value to the site while aligning with local housing needs. The development maximises natural light, enhances privacy, and integrates sustainable features—offering modern, energy-efficient homes that respect their historic context.
