• Development of the Brief – We understand the importance of the brief and will often challenge pre-conceptions to ensure as many options as possible are considered.
• To aid with visualising the options, we often provide sketch visualisations and other drawings to assist you with visualising all available possibilities before focusing on a final scheme.
• Planning applications – Once a design has been agreed with the Client, we assist with the compilation of a planning application submission incorporating forms, site plans, building plans and elevations, visualisations and design statement. This may also include collaboration with other specialist consultants for elements of work required to determine the planning permission.
• Building Control – provision of drawings and specifications to ensure the design complies with building regulations. This includes collaboration with other specialist consultants to ensure all requirements are met.
• Construction Drawings – provision of detailed drawing and written information for mthe purpose of pricing and construction.
• Contract Administration – Provision of and administration of the contract and inspecting work on site
